Yes, you can run price tests with Priceloop while bid optimization is turned on. You can feed your target Total Advertising Costs of Sales (TACOS) into our solution and it will then account for these costs upon making price recommendations.

⏵ How does APE react to competitors out of stock?

When competition is out of stock, sellers tend to see an uptick in their own conversion rate. Priceloop's APE is able to spot this kind of behaviour and adjust prices accordingly. However, that does not have to mean a price jump. APE also considers different factors such as inventory, seasonality and current price when deciding on a reaction.

To launch your product on the Amazon Pricing Engine, you just need to enter the cost and allowed price range for your product.

Cost details:
• Buying Price / Cost of good sold (net of VAT)
• Target Total Advertising Cost of Sales: This is the percentage cost of sales which you are aiming to achieve over your entire revenue.

⏵ What are the recommended minimum and maximum price ranges?

We recommend to set the minimum price at a margin of 1% minimum margin and the maximum price at 1.5 times your list price.

⏵ How long does the learning phase last?

The duration of a price test is 3 weeks if 3 different price points are tested and 2 weeks if 2 different price points are tested.

⏵ Can I connect external data sources such as weather or external prices?
